Soy Sauce

Shoyu think you know all about soy sauce, aye?

I'm a strong believer in soy sauce.
It's my holy water. I put it in/on everything.

For those of you who aren't well versed,
there are actually many different kinds of soy sauce.
The Japanese shoyu comes in a few varieties -
usukuchi and koikuchi, to name a few.
The Chinese have a light and dark soy sauce.
In Southeast Asia, we have a syrupy sweet soy sauce.

I won't lie, I have 5 different kinds in my pantry
on heavy rotation.

What can I say?
It's soy good.
