Mochi

There are two food textures I just can't live without.
One of them is crunchy.
And the other is chewy.

Hence my love of mochi.

Taste wise, there isn't much going on -
just a mild sweetness.
But in terms of texture -
There's the chew.
The fluffiness.
The sticky gooey-ness.

It doesn't get mochi better than this.
