Cannoli

I cannoli remember having cannoli
maybe once or twice in my entire life.

This makes me sad.

Theoretically, they have all the
makings of deliciousness.

1. Fried pastry shell.
2. Ricotta, mascarpone filling.
3. If you're lucky, some chocolate drizzle.

I cannoli say this.

I have not met a pastry meeting any
single one of these conditions that
I haven't liked. :)
