Happy Lunar New Year, all!

Noodles, due to their shape, generally
symbolize longevity in Chinese culture.

To commemorate, here's a sloppily
written haiku, which took me all of
3 minutes.

Delicate dashi,
Slithering chewy udon,
Ten thousand year life.
