Spam Musubi

I musubi crazy.

'Cause I'm not ashamed to admit that I love Spam musubi,
although the concept of meat in a can is a little disturbing.

What can I say.
A thin slice of Spam dipped in a soy sauce/sugar mix.
Pan-fried to caramelized perfection.
Slapped onto warm hand-packed white rice.
Wrapped with some crispy nori.

Mmmm...

Also it makes me think of Hawai'i.
Which is presumably a lot warmer than Seattle right now.
